Lv Chenfei, male, was born in March 1978 and is of Han ethnicity. A native of Fuyang, Zhejiang Province, he holds a postgraduate degree and a doctoral degree in management. He began working in July 2002 and joined the Communist Party of China in May 1999. He currently serves as the Deputy Secretary of the CPC Chongming District Committee, Deputy District Director, and Acting District Director.
