Lv Chenfei, male, Han ethnicity, was born in March 1978, a native of Fuyang, Zhejiang. He holds a postgraduate degree and a doctoral degree in Management. He began working in July 2002 and joined the Communist Party of China in May 1999. He currently serves as Deputy Secretary of the CPC Chongming District Committee and Director of Chongming District.
