Xu Bin, Director of Shanghai Municipal Bureau of Sports, has recently attended the "Interview of 2022 Shanghai People's Livelihood " at the Shanghai People's Broadcasting Station to interpret the "Sports Spirit" of Shanghai. The program introduced three major sports facilities under construction in Shanghai, including the Shanghai Bicycle Stadium in Chongming, which was expected to be completed on the whole in December 2022.

Shanghai Bicycle Stadium is located in the north of Chongming Sports Training Base. It is built according to the standards and requirements of international top events. After completion, the stadium will meet the requirements of hosting international top cycling events such as the Olympic bicycle race, and become the "South Training Base for National Cycling Teams".
