Recently, the 2021 Shanghai Urban Amateur League Yangtze River Delta Mulan Boxing Elite Competition was held in Xilai Farm, Luhua Town. Nearly 400 Mulan Boxing lovers inside and outside the island participated in the competition.

During the competition, the participating teams dressed in uniform and accompanied by melodious national music took turns on the stage. The heroic figures, moving clouds and flowing water, and the combination of hardness and softness made people dizzy and won bursts of applause from the audiences. The players' vigorous relaxation, light and flexible stretching, retraction and release of their movements showed the spiritual connotation of Mulan Boxing, fan and dance incisively and vividly, and fully showed the unique charm of Mulan Boxing.

It is reported that Mulan Boxing is a fitness boxing that integrates the strength of Chinese martial arts and the softness of modern aerobics. In the process of moving, your mind keeps quiet naturally with the elegant music, so as to achieve the purpose of strengthening your body.

The competition will be displayed in two games. The judges will give comprehensive scores to the participating teams in the aspects of standard action, correct posture, music rhythm and appreciation of Mulan Boxing style.
